England. A land of royalty, sprawling countryside, ancient mysteries, modern cities, and trendsetters.

 

England is the birthplace of Shakespeare and The Beatles, Charles Dickens and The Rolling Stones, Oscar Wilde and The Sex Pistols, J.K. Rowling and The Spice Girls. The people, land, and culture around England are just as diverse as their literature and their music. London is home of Parliament, Big Ben, and the 11th-century Tower of London. It’s also a multicultural, modern hub for the arts and business. Some of the finest educational institutions, such as Oxford and Cambridge, are located here. England is also home of some of the best sports clubs in the world.

Getting around England is pretty easy, whether by car or public transportation.  The main motorways are in great condition and moved fast, when there wasn’t traffic (which happens often). The back roads were narrow and winding like the rest of the United Kingdom and were in reasonable condition.
